Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello (born April 18th 1967) is an American actress producer, writer, and actress. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999) and Coyote Ugly(2000) and The Cooler(2003), A History of Violence(2005), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor2008 Prisoners 2013, Grown Ups 2010, and Lights Out (2016) are among her roles in films. Bello was a prominent figure in the world of television as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998) and with other starring roles including Michelle McBride in the first season (2016) of Goliath and Jacqueline Sloane as a Special Agent on NCIS from 2017 to 2021. Bello was born on 18 April, 1967 in Norristown 2 to Kathy Bello who was who was a teacher and nurse at school. Bello also appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama The ER (1997-1998). Bello also played other roles, including Michelle McBride's role on the first season of series Touch in 2013, as well as that of Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane from NCIS from 2017 through 2021. Bello pursued a degree in political science at Villanova University. After graduating, Bello honed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions. Bello is mother to Jackson and Dan McDermott, her ex-boyfriend. Bello published a blog in November of 2013 about her identical-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. The book she published was titled Whatever...Love Is Loving: Examining the labels we give to Others (Dey Street Books, April 28, 2015).
